Nancy Flynn-Barvick
A resident of Arlington for over 20 years, Nancy holds a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her legal focus is on high tech licensing agreements and other corporate contracts. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy from Tufts University. Nancy has been very involved with the Arlington schools over the past 15 years (chairing many fundraisers and enrichment activities and serving on various PTA boards), and served 6 years on the Ottoson and AHS School Councils.
Phillip J. Privitera, Esq.
Phil grew up and resides in Arlington with his wife and 2 children. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Belmont Hill School, holds both a Bachelors degree and a Masters Degree from Dartmouth College, as well as a J.D. from Boston College Law School. Phil is an Attorney, entrepreneur, investor, developer and serves on several community and charitable boards. He is a two-term Past President of the Middlesex County Bar Association; an elected Massachusetts Bar Association House of Delegate representative (Joint Bar Committee member); the National Co-Chair of Alumni and Reunions at Boston College Law School; a National Trustee for the Sons of Italy; and the Presiding Master of Free Masons in Arlington since 2013.
Michael Ruderman, Treasurer
A. Michael Ruderman is a government and communications professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate, nonprofits, and community affairs. He currently works in land acquisition for the Mass. Highway department of MassDOT and is a licensed real estate agent. Michael is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in history and has pursued graduate study in Community Development at UMassLowell. He and his wife and daughter (along with a menagerie of cats and dogs) have lived in Arlington for over 25 years.
