Since we can get about 600 calories in just one snack, which is equivalent to a fourth meal, we need to make good choices when going for a snack.  Why choose health snacks? We can get about 600 calories in one snack; equivalent to a fourth meal. My choice for 2 healthy snacks are: “30 Minute Chocolate Chia Pudding”; and, “Peanut Butter Energy Balls”.
