Refrigerate time : 2 hours
For the truffles
7 OZ of chocolate
6 OZ of heavy cream
¼ cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp of Rum or any liquor
For the mendiants
3 OZ of dark, white or milk chocolate
For the truffles:
Chop the chocolate in pieces, bring the heavy cream to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and mix until the mixture is smooth. Add the liquor. Let cool. Form a small ball of chocolate with a teaspoon. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours
For the mendiants:
Chop the chocolate in pieces.
In a sauce pan, melt the chocolate.
On a baking sheet or a silpat, shape some rounds of chocolate, and add on top some pieces of dried fruits and nuts. Let cool;
