The Arlington Public Schools K-12 Visual Art Department is pleased to present “Students Reflect”: a video featuring student artwork created during the pandemic. The prompt was simply this: “We invite every student to submit a visual artwork in any medium that reflects on the past ten weeks of your life”. This open prompt encouraged student artists to create a personal work of art at home that communicated their thoughts and feelings about what it was like to be out of school for that extended period of time. Over 800 student artworks were submitted and are featured in this video created by high school student Daniel Gorbunov.
