On Sunday, the 31st of May, 2015, Arlington High School will host the Mind-Body Experiential Expo from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Arlington Public News interviewed Maisie Raftery, the creator of the event, as well as her colleague, Kim Childs, an Arlington resident. The aim of the Expo is to showcase ways to maintain a healthy balance in one’s everyday life. It is focused on giving attendees a sampling of various approaches on offer.
