The Arlington Cultural Council has been awarding grants to projects that benefit the community since 1982. This year was no exception. Arlington Public News was at the celebration to honor this year’s recipients, as well as one of last year’s projects that went on to win a Massachusetts Cultural Council Gold Star Award.
