A very bizarre scene involving a stolen truck, a police chase and a soggy suspect unfolded in Arlington shortly after 1pm on Saturday, January 15th.
When it was all over 30-year-old Joseph Kahler of Weymouth, MA was arrested and charged. But not before the suspect fell through the ice and plunged into the frigid waters of the Mystic. ACMi News spoke to Arlington police about this unusual case and how it ended safely with a little help from a police dog and some alert Arlington residents.
