Local state delegates and organizers of Raise Up Massachusetts are leading a move to raise funds for schools and transportation. On September 30th they held a meeting to discuss the proposal with Arlingtonians. It calls for an amendment to the state constitution in order to put an additional tax on those who make a million dollars or more. APN was there, and brings you this report.
