Introduction to the Sculptural Components for Plarn Art to Save the Planet!

As ACAC’s Artist-in-Residence, Lougee is leading a collaborative community art project for the Minuteman Bikeway transforming plastic bags into public art. In this video, Lougee shows you the sculptural forms that volunteers are making by crocheting with plarn — a plastic yarn made by cutting up plastic bags. She discusses how these will be combined to form larger sculpture for her installation for PATHWAYS.
