Mozambique: Hebert-Johnson

Two local residents recently left on a journey to Mozambique in Africa, in order to help the volunteer efforts of the Local Development Catalyst Network organization. LDCN was founded in 2011 by Zach Lager and seeks to offer African families environmentally sustainable and economically viable alternatives in their own communities.

Sarah and Andrew Hebert-Johnson describe themselves as activists and educators, and will live and work in Mozambique to learn from and help local families via LDCN’s volunteer programs.
ACMI’s Outreach Coordinator Walter Locke spoke with Sarah & Andrew on the eve of their adventure.
