Qigong is a series of simple movements that can be used for healing or simply for peaceful energy. Here Maryellen Labelle describes the many benefits of qigong and demonstrates an introductory routine. Qigong is like a simple form of tai chi and has many of the same benefits as yoga, with the advantage that anyone can do it, modifying it to their own physical capacity.
