APN visited a number of the booths at the fourth annual Summer Arts Block Party, and spoke with vendors, patrons, and residents about the importance of the arts in our community. This festive celebration of arts spanned a broad range, encompassing everything from pottery to belly dancing, from recycled art to martial arts.
