Diane Welch, Arlington’s Animal Control Officer, is used to responding to the call of the wild – everything from bear calls, to inquiries about coyotes, to releasing owls back into the wild. Talk of the Town recently sat down with Diane to get a late-summer update on the wildlife of Arlington.
