For: 30 cookies
Preparation : 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2/3 cup of sugar
8 TBSP of butter
4 eggs yolk
Lemon juice
or Vanilla
Sprinkles
Preheat the oven 350°C.
Separate egg yolks from the whites.
Melt the butter.
In a bowl mix the sugar, the butter,
the eggs and the flour, add the
flavor and form a ball with the
dough.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
Place the cookies on the baking
sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the
edges are golden.
