As Arlington endure the continuing fears and frustrations over this COVID-19 pandemic, many questions are being raised. When can we get back together again? When can we go back to our jobs again? When do we get our lives back? Just some of the questions that were raised at a virtual town forum that was held late last week and produced by ACMi.
One poignant issue that was constantly brought up was the issue of face masks. This comes after the Governors order this week requiring face masks or coverings in public places where social distancing is not possible.
On a town-wide scale, where does the board of health have the authority to institute such a regulation?
Then there’s the concern of wearing a face mask while driving.
