COVID-19 was put the damper on so many events in Arlington this year, including Porchfest 2020. So the Arlington Center for the Arts announced Bubblefest. The event was held earlier this month and was a chance to virtually showcase the talents of many of Arlington’s residents. Because the ACA couldn’t present Porchfest in these times of social distancing, residents were challenged to forge their own stage and be very creative. They certainly didn’t disappoint.
