Ottoson Middle School’s Technology Engineering Teacher, Brandy Whitney, was nationally recognized with the 2015 PASCO STEM Educator Award. Each year the national award honors one teacher from a middle school for excellence and innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics education. As part of her award, Whitney will present her curriculum at a national share-a-thon, and the Ottoson Middle School will receive $5,000 in scientific equipment.
