The recent winter storm left as much as three feet or more of snow in parts of northern Virginia and the Washington DC area, but here in Arlington, we got less that three inches. This made digging out easy, but some residents still went to Robbins Farm Park to enjoy the snow. I talked to some of them about the storm, and advice they had for residents of New York and DC.
