Autism is considered a Spectrum Disorder, ranging from severe to moderate. Some of the challenges for individuals with Autism are around social dynamics. Many have high skills of concentration and are known for their ability to memorize and visualize complicated arrangements of data. Others like Temple Grandin are effective and inspiring spokeswoman for the disorder.
