Community Media Day is an annual event that recognizes the importance of free speech and equal access to all forms of media. And most importantly, this day is about YOUR COMMUNITY, because all voices should be heard. Arlington community media (ACMi for short) is Arlington’s community television station and we’re here to help you share your ideas, stay informed on local government issues, and learn new media skills. And to celebrate Community Media Day, we invite you to visit our Studio A to get a tour of the facility, see hands-on demonstrations of our equipment, meet the staff, and learn how you can get involved and make television for your community. So stop by Arlington Community Media at 85 Park Ave at 2 PM on Saturday October 20th for our open house. We’ll see you there!
