As you make your way along Mass Ave in East Arlington, you have probably noticed the construction in the Capitol Square area. The business district is being rebuilt as sidewalks are widened to create more walking space and new areas for sidewalk cafes. Local business owners have raised concerns about the slowing of customer traffic during the upgrade. News Producer Yawa Degboe spoke with shop owners about the effects of construction.
