On January 8, we’re dishing up a great lineup to benefit Arlington EATS (food pantry) and local musicians affected by pandemic cancellations.

The program features the compelling, eclectic musical alchemy of Akili Jamal Haynes and Val Jeanty. Both are affiliated with the Berklee School of Music and many innovative musical projects (see websites)

Opening and closing the show will be Arlington’s Poet Laureate, Steven Ratiner (Red Letter Poems), accompanied by St. John’s own talented clarinet & saxophone player, Todd Brunel.

St. John’s Coffeehouse is in its 9th year of bringing musical offerings to the greater community. Embodied in our mission is our benefit to local social-support organizations like Arlington EATS. This online series will continue until we can gather again in person!
