On average, it takes 7 to 9 times for an individual to successfully leave an abusive relationship…These are only a few of the issues discussed during a recent community forum on Domestic Violence hosted by the Arlington Police Department. The forum provided valuable information about domestic violence situations, promoted services that aid abuse survivors, and discussed ways that family and friends can lend support.
