APN recently caught up with Arlington High School senior and standout athlete Frank Roche. Roche was selected as the recipient of the “MIAA Student Athlete of the Month Award” for May 2015. The award is given monthly to a male and female student-athlete who display excellence in the areas of academics, athletics and community service. Roche is not only a member of the football, basketball and baseball teams, but serves as team captain in all three sports. Arlington High School Athletic Director Melissa Dlugolecki says, “Frank sets the standard for high school athletes through his commitment to all three of his varsity sports.”
