‘Equal Pay’ is the first in a Gender Discrimination Series by Youth Producer Gayatri Sundar Rajan. The first segment deals with the pay discrepancy between men and women. Women are represented in equal numbers in the workforce, yet make a fraction of the pay for the same work. This segment discusses roots for unequal pay, and how negotiating can be used.
