Upton Bell hails from football royalty. His father, Bert Bell, is now forever enshrined in the pro football Hall of Fame for his exceptional contributions to the game of football. But many sports historians agree that Upton’s mother, Frances, should also be enshrined in Canton, Ohio.
ACMi’s Jeff Barnd discovered, if it wasn’t for Frances Upton-Bell there’s a very good chance there wouldn’t even be an NFL Football Hall of Fame. Because there likely would not even be an NFL.
