Ottoson Middle School Portrait Art Project

Larger than life size pictures of adolescents hang on the outside of Ottoson Middle School. They’re meant to help children celebrate their individuality. The project came about after racially motivated incidents at the school. Through a grant from the Arlington Education Foundation (www.arlingtoneducationfoundationma.org) art teachers organized the black and white portrait display. The Ottoson News Network filed this report with the assistance of ACMI.
