Ingredients
10 to 12 crepes
For the dough
1 cup flour
2 cups of milk
a pinch of salt
3 large eggs
For the chocolate Sauce
4 OZ of bittersweet chocolate
¼ cup cream milk
1 TBSP of butter
For the red berries
2 cup of red berries
Whipped cream
2 TBSP of confectioner sugar
Prepare the dough
Mix in a mixer or a bowl place the eggs and the flour, then slowly add the milk, and the salt.
Let the batter rest for one hour.
Grease the skillet and pour ¼ cup of batter on it, cook for 50 sec., or until the edges turn brown, flip it and cook again for 15sec.
Fold the crepe in 4, set aside.
The Chocolate sauce
Chopped the chocolate. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chocolate, stirring, until it’s melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Crêpe with red berries
Whip the cream with a 2 TBSP of confectioner sugar and prepare the berries. On the top of a folded crepe add some of the cream and some berries.
