Ingredients:
For the Dough – 2 cups of flour, 8 TBSP of butter, 1 cup of confectioner sugar, 1 egg yolk, a pinch of salt
For the Chocolate – 7 oz bittersweet chocolate, 3/4 cup of heavy cream, 1/3 cup of milk, 1 egg

Recipe:
For the Dough – Mix the flour, the butter that has been cut into pieces, and the salt. Then add the egg yolk until the dough comes together. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes, then place the dough in the pie pan and cook for 15 minutes.

For the Chocolate – Slice chocolate into small pieces.
In a small pan mix the ream and the milk and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, add the chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate and the milk are totally melted.
Let it cool down.
When it’s cold, stir the egg and mix it with the chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate on the bottom of the dough.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven.
You can serve the tart warm or cold.
