For: 3 baguettes
Preparation : 2 hours30min
Cooking ; 25 min

Ingredients:

7 cups of all purpose flour or 906 grams
3 cups of lukewarm water
1 TBSP of salt
1 ½ TBSP of yeast
(fresh of instant)

Add one cup of the water to the yeast and mix.
Then combine all the ingredients together in a mixer, mix for 1 minute or 2.
The dough will be sticky.
Let’s the dough rise in a big plastic bowl for 2 hours at room temperature. Cover the bowl.
Then bring the dough for two hours in the fridge.
Prepare your baking pan, add some parchment paper on top.
Then take the 1/3 of the dough , make a log. Place the loaf on the parchment paper. Sift a little bit of flour on top and let s rise for 30 to 60 minutes.
Preheat your oven at 400F/390F , add a metallic pan with a cup of water on the bottom of your oven.
Slash the baguette with a knife and place it in the oven for 25/30minutes until golden brown.
