The iconic Park Circle water tower was transformed into a an exotic performance space for one night with a program of dance illuminated by pictures of Arlington from town residents. The Sept. 7th event was organized by Merli Guerra, a local resident and co-founder of Luminarium Dance Company, which was awarded a grant from the Arlington Cultural Council.
