On May 30th, 2016 the Department of Veterans’ Services and the Veterans Council conducted their annual Memorial Day ceremony at Town Hall. Major General Jeffery Clark was the keynote speaker of the ceremony. Following the indoor part of the ceremony was a commemoration of the final soldiers buried within the veterans’ lot of Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
