Live National Election Coverage on NOW

On Tuesday, November 2nd, Americans will be going to the polls in an election that will establish the political landscape for the next two years and beyond. Up for grabs are US Congressional seats, some hotly contested Senate races, Gubernatorial elections, and some controversial ballot measures.

ACMi is joining Free Speech TV in bringing the national election results to our Arlington community throughout the evening of Tuesday, November 2nd, going live at 8 pm ET, and bringing you reports straight though 2 am.

FSTV is offering round-robin coverage: from New York City, with Laura Flanders (GRITtv) and Katrina vanden Heuval (The Nation magazine) anchoring, and Herb Boyd and Rosa Clemente reporting; from Washington, D.C., with Thom Hartmann and Marc Steiner anchoring, and Jared Ball and Anthony McCarthy reporting; from San Francisco, with reporters from Mother Jones offering their reports and analysis; and from Denver, where their co-anchors will be columnist David Sirota and newscaster Gloria Neal.

FSTV is particularly thrilled to announce that its coverage from the nation’s capital will originate from a restaurant & bookstore Busboys & Poets, a fair-trade market and gathering place.

You can watch the broadcast LIVE from 8 PM – 2 AM

on ACMi’s Education Channels (Comcast 9, RCN 23, Verizon 24)

or via the Arlington Community Media website (www.acmi.tv)

or on the FreeSpeechTV.org website.
