Arlington police have an arrest warrant for a man in connection with a robbery at Winchester Savings Bank one year ago. 40-year-old Michael Moran of Somerville will be charged with one count of armed robbery while masked with a dangerous weapon. This happened July 17th, 2019 when officers responded to the bank on Medford Street. Police say a male suspect entered the bank with dark glasses and a Red Sox hat, his face covered with a cloth.
