Arlington’s first-ever medical marijuana dispensary is opening up for business. Apothca is located inside a medical office building on water street and received its license to sell from the state this week.
Apothca hopes to welcome patients as early as Friday, October 26th. It’s a new type of business for Arlington that’s been two years in the making.
