Rhiana has more than a decade of regulatory experience in the Massachusetts telecommunications and cable industries, and currently serves as a Senior Regulatory Specialist for the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University. Her professional interests include public service, regulatory compliance, and consumer education. Rhiana and her family have lived in Arlington since 2016.
