Fall 2012, News Intern Recap

Ahyshia Faines, a Lesley College senior, was a News Intern at ACMi, in the fall of 2012.

During her internship, Ahyshia shot, wrote and edited news segments for Arlington Public News, and worked in both field and in-studio productions.

Ahyshia also participated in training sessions in Camera, Lighting, Directing, Photoshop and Illustrator.

The Nicole Review – Season 2

The Nicole Review (TNR), a monthly interview series, brings together leaders from our community and the wider world in conversation about ideas and current events that impact our lives. TNR’s second season begins with three new programs: first with guest Crusita Martinez from Mass Domestic Violence Advocate who chronicles her own story of domestic violence in a new documentary called The Face of a Woman; second with author Don Brown who is currently touring the United States promoting his first book, The Morphine Dream; and third with Kenneth Donnelly, Massachusetts Senate Chairman of the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

ACMi’s Holiday Hours

The studio at 85 Park Ave. will be closed starting at 1PM, Friday December 21 through Tuesday December 25.
The studio will be open from 9-5 on Wednesday December 26 through Friday December 28, and will then be closed again on Monday December 31 and Tuesday January 1.

Regular hours will resume January 2nd.
